Focus Pet is a productivity app designed to help users focus through Pomodoro timers, tasks, statistics, and gamification.
Focus Pet does not provide medical or professional psychological treatment or advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using it, you represent that:
- You are legally able to enter into this agreement
- You are not prohibited from using the App by any applicable law or regulation
3. Premium Subscriptions
The App offers free features and optional paid premium features. Paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled
- You can cancel anytime through Google Play
- The price and duration are clearly shown before purchase
We do not handle or store credit card information directly.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policies. If you believe you were charged in error, please request a refund through Google Play Store support.
5. User Data & Privacy
We collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or modify the App
- Use the App to harm, abuse, harass, or defraud others
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
7. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, branding, and assets in the App (except where licensed) are owned by the developer. You may not reuse, repackage, or redistribute App assets without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for any:
- Loss of data
- Loss of productivity
- Financial loss
- Indirect or incidental damages
10. Updates and Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will attempt to notify users through the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
